Most casino problems fall into a handful of predictable groups, and most have a fix you can try in under five minutes. This page lists the common ones by category, with the usual causes and what to do about each. Login-specific steps are covered in more detail in the login guide.

Can’t log in

Common causes: a mistyped or forgotten password, an account locked after five failed attempts, a rejected two-factor code, or a browser extension blocking the login form.

Fixes:

  • Use Forgot password. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes and only the newest link works.
  • If the account is locked, wait 30 minutes or open live chat to verify your identity.
  • For a rejected 2FA code, set your phone’s date and time to automatic. Authenticator codes depend on an accurate clock.
  • Try a private browser window to rule out extensions and stale cookies.

If you have an active time-out or self-exclusion, the login will be refused by design. See the self-exclusion section below.

Verification stuck

The automatic age and ID check usually finishes in minutes. When it does not, the system asks for documents, and that is where delays start.

Why documents get rejected:

  • Blurry photos where the text cannot be read.
  • Cropped images with an edge or corner of the document missing.
  • Expired ID, such as a passport or driving licence past its date.
  • Address mismatch between your proof of address and the address on the account.

Fixes: photograph the whole document flat on a plain surface in good light, with all four corners visible. Use a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, and make sure the address matches your account exactly. If you have moved, update the address with support before uploading. Occasionally a source-of-funds check is requested; a recent payslip or bank statement usually covers it.

Check before you deposit

Verification has to be complete before you can play or deposit, and the first withdrawal needs full KYC. Getting the documents right first time saves days, not minutes.

Deposit declined

Common causes:

  • Credit card. Credit cards are not accepted on UK accounts. Use a debit card instead.
  • Bank block. Many UK banks offer a gambling block in their app. If you have switched it on, card payments to casinos are refused. Turn it off in your banking app if you choose to, but note many banks impose a cooling-off delay before it lifts, by design.
  • Limits reached. If you have hit your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit, further deposits are blocked until the period resets.
  • Paysafecard. Vouchers must have enough balance and be bought in GBP. Remember Paysafecard is deposit-only, so you will need another method to withdraw.

Also check the minimum: £10 for a normal deposit, £20 if you want the welcome bonus. Crypto is not permitted on UK accounts, so there is no crypto option at the cashier.

Withdrawal pending or slow

Withdrawals are approved 24/7, with an average internal review of about two hours. Weekends do not pause the approval queue, although banks may not move card or transfer payments until the next working day. After approval, timing depends on the method:

MethodTypical time after approval
Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Rapid TransferUnder 2 hours
Apple Pay, Google PayUp to 24 hours
Visa or Mastercard Debit1–3 days
Bank transfer1–3 days

Why a withdrawal stalls:

  • KYC incomplete. The first withdrawal needs verified ID and address.
  • Closed loop. Funds must return to the method you deposited with. Paysafecard deposits are paid out to another verified method.
  • Active bonus. Wagering must be finished, or the bonus forfeited, before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
  • Limits. Withdrawals are capped at £5,000 per day and £20,000 per month (higher for VIP members).

Our review rates payment speed in more detail, and the comparison page puts it against anonymised rivals.

Bonus not credited

Common causes: the opt-in at the cashier was missed, the first deposit was under £20, or the household, IP address or payment method has already claimed the offer. All the listed methods qualify for the welcome offer, including Paysafecard, but a deposit made before opting in will not count.

Fix: open live chat straight away with the deposit time and amount. Agents can check whether the deposit qualified, but a missed opt-in generally cannot be added afterwards. The promotions page covers every condition, and the terms and conditions summary lists the rules that matter.

Free spins missing

The 100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash do not arrive in one batch. They are credited 20 a day for five days, and you need to log in each day to collect them. Spins appear when you open the game after logging in.

If a day’s spins are missing, check that the first deposit qualified for the bonus, that you logged in that day, and that you are opening Big Bass Splash rather than another title. Free-spin winnings are paid as bonus funds with 10x wagering and capped at £100.

Game freezes or disconnects

A dropped connection does not change the result: rounds settle on the server.

Good news first: round results are decided and saved server-side. If the game freezes mid-spin, the outcome still stands and any win is credited.

Fixes:

  • Reload the game; the last round’s result is shown or added to your balance.
  • Clear the browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
  • Update your browser, or try a different one.
  • Close other tabs and apps that use bandwidth.
  • Check Game history in your account if the balance looks off, and send the round ID to live chat if it still does not add up.

Live stream lag

Live dealer tables stream real video, so they need a steadier connection than slots. Lag, pixelation or a frozen dealer usually points to Wi-Fi strength or network congestion.

Lower the stream quality in the table settings, move closer to the router or switch to a 4G/5G connection, and close downloads running in the background. If you miss a betting window because of lag, the round simply plays without your bet. Bets already accepted are settled normally.

Sportsbook settlement and cash-out

Settlement waits for the official result, however obvious the score looks.

Bet not settled yet: markets settle once the official result is confirmed. Football is usually quick, but disputed results, extra-time markets and some racing results take longer.

Cash-out unavailable: cash-out is offered on many in-play and pre-match bets, but not all. It can be suspended briefly during key moments such as a goal, a penalty or a VAR check, and is not offered on some bet types or on bets placed with free bets. Wait for the market to reopen, or let the bet run.

Geolocation and VPN blocks

Accounts are for players located in Great Britain. Location checks block access from outside GB, and VPN or proxy traffic is blocked as well.

Fix: turn off any VPN, proxy or privacy relay (such as iCloud Private Relay) and reload. If you are genuinely in Great Britain and still blocked, contact live chat; occasionally a mobile network routes traffic through an unexpected location.

Self-exclusion and GAMSTOP

If you have self-excluded for six months or more, or registered with GAMSTOP, you will not be able to log in or open a new account. These cannot be reversed early, by support or anyone else. Time-outs of 24 hours to six weeks work the same way for shorter periods.

This is the tool working

If a block is frustrating, that is worth noticing. BeGambleAware.org, GamCare and Gordon Moody offer free support, and the National Gambling Helpline is open on 0808 8020 133.

When and how to contact support

Try the fixes above first. Then:

  • 24/7 live chat for anything urgent: locked accounts, missing deposits, stalled withdrawals. Average first reply is under a minute.
  • Help-centre ticket for anything that needs documents or a paper trail. Replies arrive within 12 hours.
  • Complaints: ask support to log your issue as a formal complaint. If it is not resolved within eight weeks, or you disagree with the outcome, take it to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider named in the casino’s terms.

The site you are reading is an independent review and has no support channel of its own; the casino’s chat and help centre are the right places for account issues. More about who we are is on the about page, and licensing details are on the licences and certifications page.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Why was my Pawbets withdrawal sent back to my card?

UK rules require a closed loop: money goes back to the method you deposited with wherever possible. If you deposited by debit card, the withdrawal is returned to that card, which takes one to three days. E-wallets and open banking are the fastest route for future payouts.

Why did my welcome bonus not appear?

The most common reasons are a missed opt-in at the cashier, a first deposit under £20, or a previous bonus claimed from the same household, IP address or payment method. A bonus cannot be added retrospectively if the opt-in was missed, so check the box before depositing.

Do I lose my winnings if a game freezes mid-spin?

No. Round results are decided and saved on the game provider's server the moment you spin. If your connection drops, reload the game and the result is shown or credited. Check your game history in the account menu if the balance looks wrong after a reconnect.

Can I use a VPN to play from abroad?

No. The account is for players in Great Britain, and VPN or proxy traffic is blocked by location checks. Using one to get around the restriction can lead to closed accounts and withheld winnings. Turn the VPN off and play only from within Great Britain.

Can support reverse a self-exclusion early?

No. Self-exclusion and GAMSTOP registrations run for their full term and cannot be lifted early, even on request or after a change of heart. That is deliberate. If you are struggling, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and GamCare offer free, confidential support, around the clock.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Raise it first with live chat or a help-centre ticket and ask for it to be logged as a formal complaint. If it is not resolved within eight weeks, or you disagree with the final response, you can take it to the independent alternative dispute resolution provider named in the casino's terms.
